    A business invitation letter is used for inviting visitors or guests to a certain event. When writing a business letter, you tone should always be positive.

    This will make the readers appreciate the invitation as they are reading along. All the relevant details like date, time and venue should be clearly mentioned in the letter to avoid ambiguity.

    Last but not least, it should provide the deadline and the contacts that will allow the invited guests reply to RSVP.
