Experience with the tenant

Give a brief observation about the tenant. Show how various challenges you may have experienced with them may be solved. You may also give an example of how you have managed to make things improve with the tenant.
At this stage, give your views on what you think can be done to improve the relationship between the landlord and the tenant. This should have the support of previous conduct of the tenant with the landlord.
