You are in a situation where you need to write an authorization letter in order to grant some privileges or assign permission to another individual for a work to be done on your behalf. The sample format of the letter was straight forward and it can be used for business, medical, insurance, loan, legal or personal reason.

The subject of the authorization letter will depend on the purpose for the authorization, the party to whom it is directed and the person who initiates it.

The content of the authorization letter might be short but you need to make it clear because authorization letter writing was all about granting approval, delegating responsibility or giving permission.

You do not want to be in situation where you over-delegate or give too much permission until the authorized person can take advantage to abuse it.
